Mario's Seawall Launches “The Joey” Chicago-style Pizza
One of Galveston’s oldest Italian restaurants, Mario’s Seawall, is launching its first new pizza in almost 40 years. The restaurant responsible for the Island’s hand-tossed and gourmet woodfired pizzas introduces “The Joey,” a Chicago-style pizza named after Joey Smecca, culinary expert and one of restaurant’s owners.
